1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Rahbar website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Use the Site to transmit any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the Site without our express written permission
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Site for any purpose
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order

3. Account Registration

4. Products and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Limit the quantity of any product available for purchase
  • Offer promotional discounts subject to specific terms and conditions

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You agree to pay the total amount including any applicable shipping charges

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • JazzCash: Mobile wallet payments processed through JazzCash's secure platform. You will need to provide your JazzCash mobile number and MPIN to complete the transaction.
  • EasyPaisa: Mobile wallet payments processed through EasyPaisa's secure platform. You will need to provide your EasyPaisa mobile number and MPIN to complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free delivery across Pakistan on all orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability:

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Areas: 5-7 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

7. Product Warranty

All Rahbar rugs come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in material or workmanship under normal use
  • Color fading not caused by improper care or sunlight exposure
  • Structural issues such as unravelling or separation of layers

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pet damage, stains, or odors
  • Damage from misuse or commercial use

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Rahbar or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose
  • Modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahbar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Interruption of business

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rahbar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions to internet or payment services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rahbar regarding the use of our Site and services.
